In 1979, Bedson S.A. began to produce Biological and Pharmaceutical products for use in the veterinary industry. At first, the company catered to the poultry sector, and later expanded to the swine industry. Years of research on alternative therapies, have resulted in our original product lines. The founding partners are Dr. Arnaldo Colusi (Veterinary Sciences) and Dr. Omar Romano (Biochemical sciences).

For 27 years, until his passing, Dr Arnaldo Colusi was at the helm of Scientific Technical Department and Dr. Omar Romano, the current President of BEDSON S.A., is the one who has established the entire foreign trade organization and outlined all past and present international marketing strategies.

In 1981, convinced by the promising potential of projects and plans, BEDSON launched an aggressive international marketing program. Without neglecting the local market, the company established its first export market contacts that would lay the groundwork and define its future action profile. Nothing can be more telling of BEDSON's track record than a brief balance of its achievements: More than 40 distributors in Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
